Itinerary

DAY 1

Meet your guides and gear up right off the ferry on Deer Island. From here you will start to make your way by sea kayak through the Fundy Isles Archipelago. Your guides will provide all necessary snacks and lunches. Discover the highest tides in the world as you island hop. Land on a private island to have dinner and camp for the night.

DAY 2

Wake up early and have a tent-side breakfast before heading out back onto the water. Keep your eyes open for some of the marine life that called the Fundy Isles home. Porpoise, seals, and the occasional whale can be just as curious about you as you are of them. Another dinner and night on the island means more chance for star gazing in a place with little to no light pollution.

DAY 3

This is your last day on the water. After another island breakfast, pack your gear and head through the archipelago en route back to Deer Island. You guides will help you unload and give you suggestions on where your adventure should take you next. Perhaps to St. Andrews or maybe to Campobello Island.

Fundy Footpath

THE FUNDY LOOK OUT

The rugged geology and natural beauty of the Bay of Fundy wilderness was the inspiration for the creation of the 41-km (25-mi.) Fundy Footpath, whose unique ecosystem can only be appreciated on foot, in the ambience of the Bay of Fundy microclimate.
