The Atlantic Salmon has been part of the Fundy’s history since the beginning of time. Enjoy a beachside barbeque that celebrates the region through cuisine and the stories of our rich logging and shipbuilding history. As the salmon is cooked over and open fire, take in the sounds of the waves and wind coming from the Bay of Fundy.
