In the wake of the world’s highest tides, you’ll be guided by your local hosts en route to the final destination of a unique culinary experience in the St. Martins Sea Caves. The five courses of locally inspired creations from The Kilted Chef, Alain Bosse, are paired with stories of our natural and cultural history during this ocean floor culinary adventure.
